This means your item is crafted fresh after you click ‘buy’, ensuring you receive a unique, high-quality collectible.

We offer two clear paths to get your mini masterpieces to you, whether you’re in the UK, across Europe, or part of our global community.

Important Details for Our Global Family

• Processing: All orders are lovingly prepared and quality-checked at our Nottingham hub within 1-2 business days.
• Customs & Duties: For international orders outside the UK, please note that local customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare all packages accurately as “Collectible Figures” or “Acrylic Displays.”
• Shipping Exclusions: While we strive to ship joy everywhere, we currently cannot deliver to a few remote regions and some parts of Asia. Our checkout will automatically confirm if we can ship to your address.
• Tracking Your Order: As soon as your mini fig embarks on its journey, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its adventure to your doorstep.

What If You Need to Send Something Back?

We’re confident you’ll love your purchase. However, if your item isn’t perfect, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. Please contact our friendly team first at [email protected]. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. (Personalised Minibuilds may have different terms due to their custom nature).
