1. Our Shop & Our Community

Target Audience: Mini Figs Shop is crafted for a global community of pop culture fans, collectors, and creative individuals. Our products celebrate genres like Action & Adventure, Film, TV & Comics, Horror & Halloween, Cool Women, Heroes & Villains, and more. We cater to those who value unique, fandom-driven artistry.

Shop Style & Product Philosophy: We operate with passion and precision. Each item is a carefully crafted creation, not just a product. Our website reflects a direct, enthusiast-focused, and transparent style, mirroring the care we put into our 3D-printed figures, keychains, earrings, displays, and full outfits.

2. Your Account & Responsibilities

To place an order, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and account.
• Promptly update your information if changes occur.
• Be responsible for all activities under your account.
• Use the website only for lawful purposes and not interfere with its operation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Products, Descriptions & Customisation

Product Nature: Our items are hand-checked, 3D-printed/laser-cut creations. While we strive for perfection, slight variations in colour or texture may occur, adding to their unique, artisanal character. Product images are representative but may differ slightly from the final item.

Custom/Personalised Items (e.g., Graduation figures, personalised Minibuilds): These are made specifically for you, akin to commissioned art. All sales for customised items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, unless faulty.

“Buy Bits” & Digital Products: Purchases of individual components or digital downloads are also final and non-refundable.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Order Acceptance: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once payment is authorised and we send an order confirmation email.

Pricing: Prices are listed in British Pounds (£). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. The price charged is the price valid at the time of order confirmation.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your payment is processed securely at checkout. You confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

Shipping Costs: Standard shipping (£12.95) applies to all orders. Free shipping via EMS is offered on orders over £50. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Service Area: We ship worldwide, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia.

Processing & Timescales:

• Processing: 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates. Customs, seasonal delays, or other factors outside our control may affect delivery. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.

Delivery & Risk: The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the provided address. It is your responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our goal is your satisfaction. Please see our detailed Shipping & Returns policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Key Points:

• Return Window: 15 days from delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories.
• Process: You must contact us first at [email protected] to obtain an RMA number and instructions.
• Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is damaged/incorrect.
• Refund Timeline: 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return, to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale): Customised/Personalised items, “Buy Bits”, digital products, opened/used items, and any product marked “Final Sale”.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a prepaid return and replacement/refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, text, graphics, designs, product designs) is the intellectual property of Mini Figs Shop or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

You Agree:

• Not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without our express written permission.
• Our 3D-printed figures and designs are for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not mass-produce, replicate, or commercially exploit our designs.
• Many of our products are inspired by popular culture. They are offered as fan art/tribute items. Mini Figs Shop does not claim ownership over the underlying copyrights or trademarks of third-party franchises.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our Commitment: Mini Figs Shop is committed to providing high-quality collectibles and a reliable service. However, we must define the limits of our legal responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, including loss of profits, data, or enjoyment.
• Our total liability to you for any claim related to the site or a product shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that specific product.
• We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including acts of God, war, embargoes, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
• This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

9. General Provisions

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date at the top will change. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder will continue in full force.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mini Figs Shop.
